We are an independent retailer of genuine branded nightwear, sourced from authorized distributors. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any of the brands we stock. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their owners, and are used only to describe the goods we sell.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The price charged is the one shown in your bag at the moment you pay.

Stock shown on the site is real — if a size shows as available, it is physically on our shelf. You may order at most 10 units of the same size and colour in one order.

We take reasonable care over prices and descriptions. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and either honour the order or cancel it and refund you in full. We will not simply charge you a different amount.

Adding something to your bag is not an order. An order exists when you complete payment.

While you are paying, the items are reserved for 15 minutes so nobody else can buy them from under you. If payment is not completed in that time, the reservation is released and nothing is charged.

Your order is confirmed only once we receive confirmation of payment from Razorpay. Until then it shows as awaiting payment.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, which accepts cards, UPI and net banking. We never see or store your card details — see our privacy policy.

Delivery charges and timings are set out in our shipping policy, and returns in our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Note in particular that innerwear cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

We may suspend an account being used fraudulently, or to place orders with no intention of paying for them.

We photograph our own stock. We make every effort to show colours accurately, but screens differ, and a fabric can look slightly different in daylight than on your phone. A minor difference in shade is not a fault.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — for example, a delivery arriving after an occasion you bought it for.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [city of jurisdiction] have jurisdiction.
